Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product, whether it has been delivered or activated, and the reason the service could not be used.

When a refund may be available

We may approve a full or partial refund when:

  • LemonSIM cannot deliver or provision the purchased product.
  • A verified technical fault prevents use and cannot be resolved through support.
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law.

When a refund is usually unavailable

Unless required by law, a refund is generally unavailable when:

  • An eSIM has been installed or activated and mobile data has been used.
  • A physical SIM card has been activated or used.
  • The device is locked or incompatible and the published requirements were not checked.
  • The plan expired, the destination changed, or the customer no longer needs the product.
  • The issue results from incorrect settings, misuse, or conditions outside LemonSIM's reasonable control and support can provide a working solution.

Physical SIM cards

Return eligibility for an unused physical SIM card depends on its condition, activation status, delivery status, and the terms shown at purchase. Do not activate or damage the SIM card if you intend to request a return.

How to request a refund

Contact LemonSIM with the order reference, product, destination, device model, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting before deciding a technical refund request.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
