If mobile data is not working

Check these settings before requesting further help:

  • Confirm the LemonSIM line is turned on and selected for mobile data.
  • Enable data roaming for the LemonSIM line when the plan instructions require it.
  • Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
  • Restart the device and allow a few minutes for network registration.
  • Check the APN against the instructions supplied with your plan.

Prepare your support request

Include your destination, eSIM or SIM card type, phone model, plan name, and a short description of the issue. Add the exact error message when one appears.

Never publish or send passwords, full payment details, or an eSIM activation code unless you are using a verified LemonSIM support channel.
