Each plan has its own destination, data allowance, validity period, activation method, network availability, and device requirements. The plan description shown at purchase forms part of these terms.

Do not install or activate a product until you have checked the instructions and travel dates. Validity may begin on installation, activation, or first network connection, depending on the plan.

Coverage, speed, and network access depend on local operators, location, device capability, congestion, terrain, and other conditions outside LemonSIM's direct control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular speed in every location.

You must not use LemonSIM for unlawful activity, fraud, network abuse, interference, resale without permission, or activity that harms the service or other users. We may restrict or suspend service where reasonably necessary to protect the network, comply with law, or address misuse.

Prices, taxes, currency, and included services are shown before purchase. You are responsible for checking the order details before payment. Additional charges from your device, home operator, bank, or payment provider are not included unless stated.

Refunds are assessed under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Contact Support promptly when a technical issue occurs and before deleting an eSIM or changing settings that may prevent investigation.

To the extent permitted by law, LemonSIM is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by local networks, incompatible devices, incorrect setup, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
